As the Lead 3D Artist on this project, I had the opportunity to guide the environment team in designing and developing these arenas. I played a key role in establishing the environment pipeline, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow from blockout to final polish. I provided direction on layout composition to create engaging and strategic spaces, oversaw lighting to enhance atmosphere and readability, and optimized assets for performance without compromising visual quality. I also collaborated closely with designers to ensure gameplay flow and worked with the art director to maintain visual consistency. Additionally, I managed scene setup, ensuring efficient asset streaming and adherence to technical constraints for a seamless player experience.
